The Perceptions of Faculty Members and EFL Learners to Proficient Instructors: A Philosophical Approach

Adopting a philosophical approach to the concepts of knowledge and instruction, this study aimed explore perceptions faculty members EFL learners towards efficiency instructors at University level Sudan Science Technology, College Languages. Two tools were used collect data. A direct interview was administered both English Department Languages in which faculties asked about their good instructor. 30-point questionnaire distributed instructors. The requested assess points from items opinion including valuable instructor merits. findings revealed that instruction varied immensely over past two decades. Also, results showed teachers are different regarding arrangement exhibition learning resources. prepared tutorial plans way grabs learners' attention satisfies needs achieve gauges useful tutor. To sum up, it might be said skilled Sudanese high demand since they can motivate push students reach best potential maximize language prospects.
